SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Delivery time in Egypt: 3–5 business days (depending on the city).
Order confirmation: After placing your order, we will contact you via WhatsApp/phone to confirm.
If the order is refused upon delivery: The customer must pay the shipping fees directly to (Your Brand Name) (not to the courier company).
RETURNS & EXCHANGE
Season Warranty: We offer a full-season warranty on our fabric quality. If you experience any manufacturing defects (such as shrinking or color fading) during the season, we will replace the item for free.
Size Exchange: If the size doesn’t fit perfectly, size exchange is available within 3 days of receiving the order (customer covers the exchange shipping fees).
Returns available within 14 days of receiving the order only if the product has a manufacturing defect.
Items must be in their original condition (unused – not washed – with tag and packaging).

Refunds are issued within 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
